Merchandising Stand Agreement

1. Purpose

The Supplier agrees to provide the Store with a Spray Paint Lockable merchandising stand for the exclusive display and sale of the Supplier's products.

2. Terms of Use

The Store agrees to use the merchandising stand exclusively for the display of CW Brands' products.

The Supplier retains ownership of the merchandising stand. The Store agrees to ensure that the stand is fully stocked with the

Supplier’s products at all times.

3. Duration

This Agreement shall be in effect for a period of 12 months from the date of signing or until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

4. Removal of Stand

The Supplier reserves the right to remove the merchandising stand from the Store if the stand is not being used to merchandise CW Brands' products as specified in this Agreement.

The Store agrees to facilitate the removal of the stand upon request from the Supplier.

5. Liability

The Store agrees to take reasonable care of the merchandising stand while it is in their possession and will be liable for any damage or loss resulting from misuse or neglect.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, and understandings.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the store operates.
